DE Sports Inc. Returns/Refunds Policy 

Thank you for shopping at DE Sports Inc. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

Returns:  

  • We have a 14-day return policy. Which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.  
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unworn and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping: 

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.  
  • DE Sports Inc. is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. 

Restocking Fee: 

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. 

Damaged Items and Other Issues: 

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: 

  • We do not accept returns for final sale items. 
  • We do not accept returns for custom printed items. 

Exchanges:  

  • The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted we will issue you an electronic gift card so that you may purchase what you want. 

Refunds: 

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
