In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return your item with 14 days of your date of purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
If our team discovers the item is damaged in any way or if the return is initiated after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

DE Sports, Inc. goes to great lengths to ensure that all decorated orders are filled accurately and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, DE Sports, Inc. accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed with their order for any of the following reasons:
- The blank items themselves exhibit material defects.
- The quality of the decorating (screen printing, embroidery, or sublimation) is below a reasonable range of expectations.
- The design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.
